It's official: Obama has run the most design savvy presidential campaign in the United States' history. And it's not just his logo or the now famous Shepard Fairey poster. Designers (and non-designers) everywhere have been inspired to create visuals supporting his campaign. No matter what your political persuasion, you have to admit: never before has a candidate been such a creative muse. Everyday it seems a website pops up on the blogosphere with a new way to show support. What follows is a round-up of a few I've come across— and please share your own finds in the comment section of this post!

Perhaps most remarkably, the Obama campaign has put out its own call for entries. On the official website, visitors are asked to "make a video, write a song, take a photo, or paint a mural about VoteForChange.com" and upload it. They promise to use some of the best ideas right away.
