J-E-L-L-O
When life gives you Jell-O, you make edible cities. Or at least that's what Liz Hickok does with this wobbly food found most often in school cafeterias and hospitals. Liz is a San Francisco-based artist who transforms Jell-O into fun, colorful cityscapes, complete with wobbly buildings and edible bridges. San Francisco, New York, Wilmington. Liz has constructed each one out of Jell-O.••••
