What if you were to take one photo per day of your life? What would you capture? What kind of story would it tell? Someone recently shared this post with me from Mental Floss, where a man documented 18 years of his life by taking one polaroid photo a day from from March 31, 1979 through October 25, 1997. Without words or narrative, the viewer is welcomed into his life, the good – friends, family, fun – and utimately, the bad – sickness and death. What a moving and powerful legacy he was able to leave. The photos can be found on this website and you can read more about the photographs and the man behind them here. ••••

Could this archive of photographs be any more moving? I love this idea (in fact, I was inspired to begin doing this myself)! Thanks for posting this, Meghan!
